Huma’s super juicy Air-fryer Tandoori Chicken ✨💕👩‍🍳

Ingredients:-
- 6 chicken thighs and legs
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons tandoori masala
- 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder

Instructions:-
1. In a bowl, mix together vinegar and salt. Add the chicken thighs and legs to this mixture and coat them well. Let it marinate for 30 minutes. This will make your chicken super juicy and tasteful from inside 💡
2. In another bowl, combine yogurt, tandoori masala (any of your favorite brand), ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt to create the second marinade.
3. Remove the chicken from the vinegar mixture and pat dry with paper towels.
4. Add the chicken to the second marinade, making sure they are well coated. Marinate for at least 1 hour, or preferably overnight for the best flavor.
5. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3-5 minutes.
6. Lightly grease the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
7. Place the marinated chicken thighs and legs in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not touching.
8. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 25-30 minutes, flipping the chicken halfway through the cooking time. Chekuri cooking instructions of your fryer as each fryer may have a slightly different setting !!
9. Check for doneness by ensuring the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C). Or simply eat a bite and try !!
10. Once done, remove the tandoori chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
11. Serve hot with rice, naan, or your favorite sides. Go for salad.
